Return Policy

At Creative Chaos Crafter, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your handmade treasures. While we don't have a formal return policy since all our crafts are made to order, we do provide replacements for any items that may arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of its arrival and include a picture of the damaged product. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, only replacements. Keep in mind that orders can only be canceled prior to shipment to allow for a smooth process for all our unique creations. Your happiness is our priority at Creative Chaos Crafter!
